What is a CTP Greenslip?

A CTP Greenslip is compulsory third party insurance that must be taken out when you register your motor vehicle.

NRMA Insurance CTP Greenslip* comes with benefits for certain serious injuries if you have a car accident that's your fault. You can receive up to $250,000 of cover. Some other greenslips are designed to cover everyone but you, the driver. It's a benefit not even your Comprehensive Car Insurance includes.

Specified Injuries and Benefits**

Quadriplegia   $250,000.00
Paraplegia   $100,000.00
Loss of, or total loss of sight in, both eyes
 		  $100,000.00
Loss of, or total loss of sight in, one eye,
the other eye being blind or absent

$100,000.00
Loss of both hands or both feet    $50,000.00
Loss of one hand and one foot
 		  $50,000.00
Total loss of the power of speech    $50,000.00
Total loss of hearing
 		  $50,000.00
Loss of one hand or one foot
 		  $50,000.00
Loss of, or total loss of sight in, one eye     $50,000.00 
Loss of thumb and fore finger on one hand
  $25,000.00
