What we cover

Touring Caravan or Trailer

When disaster strikes NRMA Touring Caravan or Trailer Insurance can be there to help replace or repair, your assets.

Your policy covers you for:

• Storm or folood

• Fire

• Theft or attempted theft

• Accidental damage

• Vandalism or a malicious act

• Liability cover $20 million*

• Automatic $1,000 Contents cover with the option to increase to $10,000 (touring caravan only)*

You can Claim for loss or damage to your touring caravan, annex or trailer up to the agreed value if it is caused by one of the above incidents. If it is less than 24 months old and you are the first registered owner, we may choose to replace the touring caravan or trailer if it is a total loss, providing you with a new one of the same make, model or series, type of paint and colour if it is available locally.

On-Site Caravan Insurance

When disaster strikes NRMA On-site Caravan Isurance can be the first stop towards helping you rebuild your lifestyle. The cover provides for repair or replacement of your on-site caravan and annex up to the sum insured.

Your policy covers you for:

• Storm or Flood

• Fire

• Theft or attempted theft

• Accidental damage

• Accidental damage while moving the van

• Damage by animals

• Earthquake

• Escaping water

• Explosion

• Leaking oil

• Lightning

• Liability cover $10 million*

• Automatic $1,000 contents cover with the option to increase to $40,000* to protect the valuable contents items that you have accumulated over the years
